CARGUE UK Delivery Policy

This delivery policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We process orders carefully and provide online tracking after dispatch.

1. Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared, checked and packed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The order cut-off is 16:00 UK time. Orders confirmed after the cut-off start processing on the next working day.

3. Estimated delivery time

Estimated transit time is 4–8 working days after dispatch. Including processing, the usual total estimate is 5–10 working days from order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any specific delivery estimate shown for your order takes precedence.

4. Delivery charges and taxes

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum order value. Any applicable taxes or import charges must be disclosed before you confirm your order. If a carrier requests an unexpected additional payment, contact us before paying so that we can check it.

5. Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel online.

6. Delays, loss or damage

If delivery takes longer than the stated estimate, contact us and we will investigate. Shipments are covered by transport insurance. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
