CARGUE UK Terms of Service

This website is operated by Jl Lanzamientos Llc, trading as CARGUE Store ("CARGUE", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms apply to use of carguestore.com and purchases from our online shop for delivery within the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Using our online shop

You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase contract in your country of residence. You must not use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes or infringe intellectual property or copyright laws.

2. Prices and currencies

The currency and total price applicable to your order are shown at checkout. We serve customers in the United Kingdom. Any applicable taxes and charges are displayed before you confirm your order. Delivery charges and any other charges must be reviewed before placing an order. Prices may change for future purchases; we will not increase the agreed price of an order that has already been confirmed and paid.

3. Products, availability and specifications

We aim to show product colours, materials, dimensions and specifications accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Orders are subject to stock availability. Product information and size guides should be checked before ordering.

4. Billing and payment

Please provide accurate, current billing and contact information. The payment methods available for your location and order are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers available in our checkout.

5. Delivery and import charges

Please read our Delivery Policy for UK delivery details. Standard UK delivery is free. Allow 1–2 working days for processing and an estimated 4–8 working days in transit after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Any applicable taxes or import charges must be disclosed before you confirm your order. Contact us before paying an unexpected request from a carrier.

6. Returns, cancellation and consumer rights

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains our 30-day returns offer, the return process and UK cancellation rights. Goods must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law. If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet those standards, you retain the remedies available under that law. Commercial guarantees and these terms do not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
